Refunds
1. First payment: 14 days, no questions asked
If neuro-viral is not what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. Send the email address on your account to support@neuro-viral.com and we will confirm the refund by reply; it normally reaches your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
2. Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of the day you subscribe, without giving a reason. Our 14-day refund above honours this right in full. If you asked us to start providing the service during the cancellation period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service used up to the point you told us — in practice, for a first payment, we simply refund it.
3. Cancelling later
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account on the site (or by emailing support@neuro-viral.com). Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal payments after the first are not refundable except where the law requires it, or where the service was unavailable for a material part of the period — in which case write to us and we will put it right.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on the first payment. After that, an annual plan runs to the end of its term; you can turn off renewal at any time from Account.
