Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses neuro-viral, operated by VINCLI LTD.
1. Content you must not submit
You must not upload, link to, or process any video or material that:
- you do not own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, including any required consent of people appearing in it;
- infringes intellectual-property rights, privacy, or publicity rights;
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence;
- is sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material (this will be reported to the authorities);
- contains malware, or is designed to harm or disrupt systems; or
- contains others' personal or sensitive data without a lawful basis to process it.
2. Conduct you must not engage in
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or attempting to extract the underlying models, weights, or source of the Service, except where the law expressly permits.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
- Circumventing usage limits, authentication, rate limits, or security measures.
- Overloading or interfering with the Service, or using bots/automation other than via any official interface we provide.
- Using the output to make, or to imply scientific or medical validity for, decisions about an individual's health, employment, safety, or legal rights.
- Misrepresenting predicted outputs as measured neuroscientific or clinical fact.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement, where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached. Serious or illegal breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
