Disclaimer

Effective date: 11 June 2026 · Last updated: 11 June 2026

neuro-viral produces predicted, model-generated estimates — not measurements of any real person's brain, and not medical, clinical, or neuroscientific fact.

1. What the output is

neuro-viral uses an artificial-intelligence model, trained on population-level fMRI data, to estimate how an average human brain might respond to a video. The 3D maps, heatmaps, and written insight are statistical predictions of a hypothetical average response. They are not recordings, scans, or diagnoses of you or any specific viewer, and individual brains vary.

2. Not professional advice

The Service is for creative, marketing, and informational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, diagnostic, psychological, or neuroscientific advice, and must not be relied on for any decision about a person's health, treatment, employment, safety, eligibility, or legal rights. Always seek a suitably qualified professional for such matters.

3. No guarantee of results

Predictions do not guarantee attention, engagement, watch-time, conversions, virality, or any commercial outcome. Real-world performance depends on many factors outside the model. You are responsible for how you use the output.

4. Accuracy

We strive for useful results but make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose. The model has inherent limitations and may be wrong.

5. Third-party and scientific references

References to atlases, datasets, or research (for example cortical-surface or parcellation methods) describe the techniques the model draws on and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the authors or institutions behind them.
